Christian started his career at the NYC Department of Education, where he saw firsthand how different educational opportunities could be in communities just blocks apart.
He started STAFFS Prep in 2013 to help students from any background reach their college goals.
In 2013, Staffs Prep started as an after-school program in New Jersey with a mission to make effective test prep affordable. Over the next decade, we partnered with high schools, taught highly reviewed weekend crash courses, and worked one-on-one with students across the state. The best of that teaching became our Ultimate Crash Course—a program once sold separately for $175 and now built into every app purchase at no additional cost. We combined that teaching experience with what we learned from years of independent practice and tutoring. The result is one app that uses real student data to guide prep from the first goal to test day.
We don't want financial considerations to get in the way of a student's goals. That is why we award scholarships to students who want to take our courses but need some financial support.
