Verified starting score
The starting score must be an official score for the same exam, earned during the three months before purchase. Upload the official score report and enter its test date in the student portal within seven calendar days after purchase.

How improvement is measured
We compare the verified starting total or composite with the qualifying official result for the same exam. SAT results are measured on the 1600-point scale and ACT results on the 36-point composite scale. Scores from different exam types cannot be combined.
The 90-day qualification track
Complete these seven requirements.
All requirements must be completed by the same student in the account connected to the purchase.

Activate with an eligible starting score
Submit the official starting score report within seven days of purchase. SAT starting scores must be 1250 or lower; ACT starting scores must be 28 or lower.

Complete 500 unique question-bank questions
Answer at least 500 unique questions in the STAFFS Prep question bank during the active track. Questions inside full-length practice tests do not count toward the 500.

Complete 3 full-length practice tests
Finish three full-length tests for the covered exam in the app, with a recorded score and a good-faith attempt on each test.

Review every incorrect question-bank answer
Open the app’s past-question review for every question-bank attempt recorded as incorrect during the qualification track.

Keep the track active for 90 days
Complete the requirements during the uninterrupted 90-day period shown in the Score Guarantee portal. Work completed by another person, automation, answer sharing, or other attempts to manipulate activity do not qualify.

Take the first eligible official test on schedule
Take the first official SAT or ACT available to the student within 60 days after the 90-day track ends. If no national administration for the covered exam is offered in that window, take the next available administration.

Submit the official result promptly
Upload the official score report and submit the claim through the student portal within 30 days after the score becomes available.
If the target is not reached
We refund the app access purchase.
After we verify every requirement, an approved claim receives a refund of the net amount paid for that app-access license.

No tutoring refund or bonus
Prepaid or delivered tutoring is separate and is not part of the Score Guarantee remedy.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The guarantee is limited to one approved app refund per student and purchase.

Use the Score Guarantee page in the student portal to enter test dates, upload the starting and current official score reports, and follow the app-work counters.

Claims may be denied if a requirement is missed, activity or documents cannot be verified, the student does not make a good-faith effort, the account is shared, or submitted information is inaccurate. The policy in effect on the purchase date controls. Purchases made before August 4, 2026 remain governed by the guarantee terms attached to those purchases.
