STAFFS Prep is an all-in-one SAT or ACT prep app. Every plan starts with the Ultimate Crash Course, formerly a standalone $175 program, then lines up daily practice, full-length tests, progress tracking, and tutoring through test day. They do not have to build a calendar or decide what to study next.
The SAT and ACT apps work the same way, but each uses test-specific strategies, questions, scoring, and assignments. If your student is still deciding, take our prep quiz or contact us for help.
Every plan includes the complete app. Choose three months for one upcoming test, six months if you want time for a retest, or twelve months for our lowest monthly rate and the most flexibility. Optional tutoring can be prepaid at checkout or booked later.

After choosing the SAT or ACT, your student enters a test date, current score, and goal. The app turns those details into a daily schedule and tells them what to do next.
Both. The app, included Ultimate Crash Course ($175 value), and daily practice are ready whenever the student is. Optional private tutoring happens live when a student chooses to book it.
We recommend starting 4–6 weeks before test day. The app works backward from the real exam date and fits the daily workload into the time your student has. We’ve seen students improve on much shorter timelines, but we wouldn’t recommend waiting until the final week.
The app looks at the test date, score goal, completed work, and results. Then it uses our Frequency + Ease framework to put the topics most likely to raise the score first.
Yes. The app currently includes 7 live full-length SAT and ACT practice tests plus 3,454 targeted practice questions. It looks at the work your student has finished, their progress, and the real test date to figure out the best time for each full-length test. Then it uses the result to decide what comes next.

App access does not require tutoring. You can prepay for discounted 60-minute sessions at checkout or wait until the app identifies a useful moment and book a session later. Tutoring does not change Score Guarantee eligibility.
Yes. You do not have to predict every tutoring need at signup. If the app spots a pacing problem, stubborn content gap, or another area that needs more help, you can add private tutoring then.

After teaching 31,510 students, our current average improvement is around 130 points for the SAT and 3.5 points for the ACT. These are averages, not promises for any individual student.
Yes. Every current individual app-access duration includes the same conditional guarantee: 120 SAT points for an eligible starting score of 1250 or lower, or 4 ACT points for an eligible starting score of 28 or lower. Optional tutoring does not change it. See the Score Guarantee policy.
The student must submit an eligible official starting score within seven days of purchase, complete 500 unique question-bank questions and 3 full-length practice tests, review every incorrect question-bank answer, complete the 90-day track, and test and claim on schedule. Tutoring is optional. Review the full requirements before purchasing.
