What exactly is Staffs Prep?
Staffs Prep coordinates test strategy, focused practice, and 1:1 tutoring support. Start with the Ultimate Crash Course, the Practice Software, or both. Tutoring can be added only when it would help.
Do we have to buy the Crash Course and Practice Software together?
No. Each product works on its own. The bundle connects the course strategy to a personalized practice plan and saves $25.
Should my student prepare for the SAT or ACT?
The overall system is the same for both exams, but the lessons, questions, scoring, and assignments are test-specific. If your student is still deciding, email us and we will help you choose a starting point.
Ultimate Crash Course
Understand the rules, pacing, shortcuts, and strategy before grinding through practice.
Is the Crash Course live or on demand?
You choose one format at checkout. Live students select their class dates, ask questions during class, and keep the replay for three months. On-demand students begin the recorded course immediately at the lower on-demand price. The complete course is $175 live or $125 on demand; one subject is $95 live or $65 on demand. On-demand purchases are refundable until the first lesson is played.
Can students ask questions during the live class?
Yes. Students can ask their questions live during the class.
Can we add Practice Software after choosing the course?
Yes. You can add Practice Software during checkout or begin with the Crash Course on its own. The complete bundle connects what the student learns to the focused work they should do next.
Practice Software
Turn a test date, starting score, and goal into the highest-impact work for each day.
How does the software decide what comes next?
It looks at the test date, score goal, completed work, and results. Then it uses our Frequency + Ease framework to prioritize skills that appear often and can improve realistically.
Does it include full-length practice tests?
Yes. The SAT software includes 2,761 targeted questions and 5 full-length tests; the ACT software includes 693 targeted questions and 2 full-length tests. The plan recommends full tests when their results will be useful.
Can we extend software access?
Yes. When purchasing the complete bundle, families can extend software access at a discounted monthly rate during checkout. There is no automatic renewal.

Can we add tutoring later?
Yes. Tutoring is optional, and you do not have to predict every need at signup. Add individual hours when a student has a stubborn gap, or choose a White Glove program when you want us to coordinate the full prep runway.
What happens if a White Glove student misses the guaranteed target?
A qualifying student receives continued Complete System access through one approved retest plus a fixed bank of additional tutoring: 2 sessions after the 6-week program, 3 after 10 weeks, or 4 after 12 weeks. The continuation ends at the approved retest or after 90 days and cannot renew again. See the full White Glove Guarantee terms.
How do the Score Guarantees work?
The Crash Course has its own conditional score promise. Three- and six-month Software plans qualify for the Software guarantee, and completing both products qualifies for the stronger Complete System guarantee.
