This is the first time I'm seeing these classes. Can you tell me more about Staffs Prep?

Yes of course! Staffs has been teaching standardize test prep for over 12 years and has helped thousands of students improve their test scores. You can learn more about our story here!

What is the average score improvement after taking your classes?

Our current average score improvement (after teaching 29,650 students) is around 130 points for the SAT and 3.5 points for the ACT.

Are all your classes virtual?

Yes, we used to run in-person classes throughout NJ, but going virtual has allowed us to help students from all across the US improve their test scores!

Are all your classes live?

Yes, all our classes have a live instructor! We try to make our classes as interactive as possible, so teachers ask students questions throughout the class, and students can also ask their own questions via a chat!

Does my child's video need be on for the classes?

No, we do not ask students to turn on their video during classes. Any questions that they have during the class can be asked via our live chat.

How long before the test should my child take a Crash Course?

We normally recommend taking the class about 4-6 weeks before your test date. That should give students enough time to practice everything they learned in the class (but not too much time where they might forget some of the concepts). Students also get access to a recording of their class for a full 2 months after the class ends, so taking the class 4-6 weeks before means students can keep using the class as a resource as they prepare for their test!

I haven't received a link for an upcoming class. How can I get that?

The links for all classes should be accessible through our Staffs Prep Student Portal. Just log in using the student email used during registration. If you still don't see a link, please contact us at contact@staffsprep.com.

I need to move my registration to another date. How can I do that?

You can change your registration using our Staffs Prep Student Portal. Just log in using the student email used during registration. There you'll see all the classes you've signed up for, and should also see the option to change these to any future dates! If you still need assistance please contact us at contact@staffsprep.com.

My child's score came back and did not go up as much as we hoped. Can I get a refund?

First of all, we are sorry you did not get the results you were hoping for. We are proud of the courses we provide, so we take it personally when we can't help students meet their goals. To get a refund, please first check that you meet all the requirements under our Staffs Prep Score Guarantee. If you do, please contact us at contact@staffsprep.com with your two score reports, and we will process the refund immediately.
