Step 1 understand
The first step to mastering your exam is to understand how the test is created and how to use that to your advantage. Don't start doing practice tests until you understand all the parts of the test and how to think about them strategically.

The next step is practicing the content/strategies you learned. But how should you practice? You COULD take as many practice tests as you can, but that's really inefficient-- you'll end up spending a lot of time on questions that you already know how to do! You need practice material that challenges you at your current level.

The last step is to identify (and master) any last few areas of weakness on the test. Every student has his or her own unique test-taking habits, and sometimes these habits can keep you from improving. That's when you might want to get an outside perspective from an expert, to help you notice your individual patterns and give you strategies to break the bad habits.

Although learning content is useful, our course teaches strategies that help you beat the test.
The course will layout and explain the exact study plan that you will need to be ready for test day!

We have spent over 12 years distilling SAT strategies/content into a 3 hour course. In just 3 hours you'll learn more than you would in a 16-hour prep course.
You automatically get all the notes used during the class, plus free practice materials like vocab and math exercises and 2 free practice tests!
A recording of your class will be sent to you after the class is over, so you can rewatch any of the content on your own time! (access for one month) This is also useful if you happen to miss any part of the live class!

Yeah of course! Staffs (which stands for Students taking action for future success) Prep has been prepping students for standardized tests for over 16 years. Staffs started as a one-man in-home tutoring business in Mount Laurel, New Jersey in 2009. Over the next 7 years, Staffs quickly expanded to working with local high schools to run after-school prep classes all around NJ. But after teaching long 16-hour prep courses for years, we realized it was not the most efficient way to prep. So in 2016 we created our Crash Courses- an efficient blend of content, tricks, and strategy designed to improve student scores as efficiently as possible- and would run them to packed auditoriums on weekends at local high schools!
During COVID we were forced to move virtual, and have been growing nationally ever since! We teach thousands of students every year, and our current average score improvement for the SAT is just above 120 points.

Yes, we used to run in-person classes throughout NJ, but going virtual has allowed us to help students from all across the US improve their test scores!
Yes, definitely! All registered students get access to a full recording of their class (which is usually available in our Student Portal about 10-15 minutes after the class ends). So if you miss any part of the class for any reason, you can always just rewatch them later!
No, we do not ask students to turn on their video during classes. Any questions that they have during the class can be asked via our live chat.
