Already close to the top?
Students who start near the top of the scoring range simply have fewer points available to gain. That’s why each guarantee has a highest covered score.
Example: A Complete System student starting at 1420 is guaranteed to reach 1500—an 80-point increase.
If a student already meets or exceeds the highest covered score, we’ll help set a more appropriate goal before purchase.

We created these requirements because scores improve when the student and Staffs each do their part. We also designed them so that students who simply follow the program should qualify for the guarantee.

We cannot use a PSAT score as an SAT starting score because the two tests use different scoring scales.

Access and additional sessions continue through the student’s next official test, for up to 90 days. This extra support is offered once, and unused sessions have no cash value.
How improvement is measured
We use your superscores.
We compare the student’s best official section scores from before prep with their best official section scores afterward. Many colleges consider a student’s best section scores across test dates, so we use that same superscore approach for our guarantee.
Example: If an SAT student’s Math score rises 70 points while Reading and Writing falls 20 points, we keep the earlier Reading and Writing score and the new Math score. The improvement is 70 points.
We calculate SAT and ACT superscores using each exam’s current scoring rules. Scores from different exams cannot be combined.
PSAT scores cannot be used as an SAT starting score because the two tests use different scoring scales.
Official score reports, account activity, test dates, and completed work must be verifiable.
